The firm seeks out profiles that combine high-quality training, personality, a strong work ethic, reactivity, initiative and team spirit.

Eight Advisory Avocats recruits candidates holding the CRFPA and CAPA or in the process of obtaining these degrees.

In addition to excellent academic record, additional training in a business school, engineering program, Sciences Po, or an international experience is particularly appreciated.

Yet, no specific type of training is favored over another, as Eight Advisory Avocats insists on maintaining a diverse team.

A strong command of English is essential.

  • A demanding recruiting process

The applicants selected for interviews follow a process that generally entails 2 or 3 separate interviews aiming at:

  • identifying the candidate’s human and professional qualities as well as his/her communication skills
  • understanding the candidate’s motivation and fit with our values
  • validating not only the acquired technical knowledge, but also the ability to reflect and adapt

These interviews also provide the opportunity to answer the candidate’s questions.

This set of interviews is conducted by the firm’s experienced staff members and partners.
