Eight Advisory was mandated by RATP to carry out the financial and tax buy-side due diligence of Mappy.

Mappy is the third most consulted digital mobility player in France after Google Maps and Waze. The application claims 12 million unique visitors per month and compiles data on 46 countries.

Until now owned by Solocal, the publisher of the Yellow Pages, Mappy completes the service offer that RATP wants to set up through its MaaS “Mobility as a Service” tool, which aims to compile several modes of transport into a single application to be launched at the end of 2021.

Eight Advisory carried out the financial buy-side due diligence, the team was composed of Boris Bignon and Maxime Riot.

Eight Advisory Avocats carried out the tax buy-side due diligence, the team was composed of Guillaume Rembry, Baptiste Gachet and Jeremy Cosma.
